Russ Rossi B.Ed Vancouver, BC Founder, President and CEO - Director	Mr. Russ Rossi is the president of Quizam Media Corporation. Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the early age of 28 Rossi founded On-Track Computer Training Corporation. On-Track quickly grew into a multi-national computer training organization and is the only Canadian computer training company in Canada to achieve international stature. Rossi’s vision, educational background and leadership will provide organizational and strategic direction for the company. Mr. Rossi is multi-lingual, a world traveler, inventor of Quizam software, holds a Bachelor of Education degree with Honors in Economics and Computer Science.

James Rosevear Accountant – Director Maple Ridge, BC	Mr. James Rosevear is an accountant, holds a diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Rosevear has experience in private practice accounting and financial management in the hospitality industry. He was an accountant for On-Track Computer Training Ltd. (a Quizam Media Corp. Subsidiary) since 1994.

Harry Fleming LLB MBA Housten, Texas Practicing Lawyer - Director	Mr. Harry Fleming born in Vancouver, British Columbia, attended and graduated from the University of Houston Law Center and holds a M.B.A. from Boston College. Mr. Fleming is a member of the State Bar of Texas and practices Corporate Law; Mergers and Acquisitions; Securities; Corporate Finance; Strategic Business Planning; Start-up Businesses; Emerging Growth Companies; High Technology Companies with The Feldman Law Firm. As Quizam Media Corporation expands into the U.S. markets, Mr. Fleming will provide legal counsel with mergers and acquisitions, securities law and manage the U.S. market listing.


Stephen Alexander European Expansion	Mr. Stephen Alexander graduated from the College of Law in London, admitted as solicitor in 1975. Founder of Class Law Solicitors, London UK. and has provided legal counsel for high profile cases that have received media attention. Mr. Alexander is widely experienced in all aspects of corporate, commercial and international work with a special interest in protecting shareholder’s rights in public companies. In addition, Mr. Alexander works as a consultant with a well established international law firm, Lee Lanes Solicitors. Mr. Stephen Alexander will provide legal counsel in corporate finance, loans and investments and strategically position Quizam in the European market while forming alliances with foreign governments.
