Mr. Banks is the President of MCF Wealth Management in San Francisco a subsidiary of Merriman Curhan Ford & Company. Prior, Mr. Banks was the senior vice president of sales and marketing for Advisor Software, Inc.; also served as executive vice-president of marketing at Longitude, Inc. where he was responsible for strategy and market development. He’s worked with clients such as Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan.

Mr. Banks earned his MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, he will be instrumental in building partnerships in the U.S. and as a consultant for marketing and distribution models.

Mrs. Flament holds a PhD in Adult Education and Psychology and has extensive experience developing curricula for School Boards. She currently teaches high school for the Yukon School Board. A creative thinker, fluent in French with a strong interest in history, Mrs. Flament will oversee the development of content and educational standards.

Principal of JK Thomas & Associates, consultant for school districts, education service agencies and educational professional associations for web-based professional development. Mr. Tom Unwin has extensive experience working with the Ministry of BC Education, as a regional coordinator and has developed school curricula for Districts. His community and public relations, expertise will help foster alliances with local School Boards. Mr. Unwin holds a Masters of Administration, Education degree from Western Washington University.

Mr. Owen holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of British Columbia with a Teaching and Learning in a Technology Environment certificate from Simon Fraser University. Owen is a professional trumpet player and has received numerous awards for excellence locally, nationally and internationally. Owens advises Quizam® on matters related to musical curricula.

Mr. Hottenstein is the recipient of many prestigious awards. In 1994 he received the Pennsylvania Principal of the Year award, he was one of seven principals nationwide named to the Carnegie Foundation/NASSP National Commission on High School Restructuring. Mr. Hottenstein received the Delaware Valley ASCD "Excellence in Education Award" in 1995 and in 1996 the Milken Family Foundation National Educators Award of $25,000. In addition, Mr. Hottenstein was appointed to help plan the "America Goes Back to School" initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education and co-chaired by Tipper Gore, Secretary of Education Riley, and Bo Jackson during the Clinton White House years.

When Mr. Hottenstein was the Principal of Hatboro-Horsham High School his leadership captured national recognition and won the Blue Ribbon School Award. Redbook Magazine’s named Hatboro-Horsham as one of the "Top 150 America’s Best Schools" in the "overall excellence" category. These honours led to a nationally televised interview on "Good Morning America" which brought a great deal of pride to his school and community.

Linda Lakats

Ms. Linda Lakats holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering with extensive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Production and Operations Management, Mathematical Modeling of Organizations. Currently a Course Director at York University, Schulick of Business teaching Quantitative Analysis for Management Decisions while researching and developing the innovative use of technology in a highly interactive lecture and case based format.

Dr. Lakats has won a number of prestigious academic scholarships and awards; National Science and Engineering Research Council, Stanford Graduate Fellowship, Computer Science and Information Engineering Award, and the J.W. Billes Admission Scholarship. Ms. Lakats is a mentor for Women Engineers and has participated in numerous panel discussions providing guidance and inspiration. Ms. Lakats will identify business growth opportunities for Quizam’s Professional Edition ‘Q’ Notes.

Born in Edmonton, Alberta, former NHL star Dave Babych will go down in history as one of hockey’s greats, and never to be forgotten as star of the 1994 Stanley Cup final between the Canucks and New York Rangers at Madison Square Gardens in New York. Founder of Babych & Friends Anglers’ Challenge in support of the CHILD Foundation of British Columbia, year after year Dave fishes at Rivers Inlet to raise funds for children who suffer from Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Dave and his family have raised thousands upon thousands of dollars. The heart of Quizam Media Corporation is Corporate Citizenship and David will contribute innovative strategies that will help transform and empower public schools around the world.
